Hooded Cowl Hat

Over the head hooded cowls. The cowl can be raised or lowered to offer protection and warmth from the elements. The hood is roomy and warm. I try to add a different flavor every week. This cozy creation can be worn by multiple age groups, I would recommend ages 12- and up. The neck allows for a nice stretch.
